One engagement, three stages. Each stage stands on its own, is priced on its own, and earns the next. You can stop after any of them and keep everything we built.

Stage 1: Knowledge Extraction

We interview the owner and the people who run the work, and we walk each process the way a new employee would learn it. What comes out is your company's operating knowledge: written down, organized, and owned by you.

This is the foundation everything else stands on, and it is valuable on its own. Clients consistently find that seeing their business mapped changes how they run it, before any technology enters the picture.

  • Owner and key-employee interviews, on-site or remote
  • Every recurring process documented: what starts it, who handles it, where it slows down
  • Handoffs, duplicate work, and single points of failure identified
  • Delivered as an organized, readable system your team and your AI tools can both use

Fixed fee, scoped by company size. Typically three to four weeks.

Stage 2: Agent Building

With the knowledge in place, we connect AI to the tools you already use: email, documents, spreadsheets, your CRM, your booking or billing systems. Then we put it to work on real tasks.

Everything starts in shadow mode. The AI does real work on real inputs, but nothing goes out and nothing changes in your systems until you have watched it and approved it. We build one workflow at a time and prove each before starting the next.

  • A typical first build is a 30-day pilot on two of your most repetitive tasks
  • Month-end scorecard: what got done, what still needed human review, what broke, what it saved
  • Common first workflows: document intake and filing, drafting proposals and reports, answering operational questions, routing inbound requests

Scoped and quoted per workflow after Stage 1. No open-ended builds.

Stage 3: Ongoing Maintenance

Your business changes: people, vendors, processes, rules. We keep the system current, catch what drifts, and add new workflows as they earn their place — an ongoing relationship that grows alongside the business.

You pay for your own AI subscriptions directly, so there is no markup on compute and no surprise usage bill from us. The retainer covers the work of keeping your system accurate and useful.

  • Monthly retainer, sized to the system we maintain
  • Regular reviews of what the AI produced and where it needs correction
  • New workflow candidates surfaced from your own operating data

Cancel any time. The system, and everything in it, stays yours.

What we don't do

The goal is to leave your business more capable, not more dependent.
